Do I pay anything if my dispute loses?
No. There's no subscription and no upfront charge for disputing a ticket. PRK only takes a fee — 30% of the amount saved — when your ticket is actually dismissed or reduced. If we lose, you pay $0.

Is PRK a law firm? Does this create an attorney-client relationship?
No. PRK builds the strongest dispute the facts support and has it reviewed by our team before filing, but PRK is not a law firm and using PRK does not create an attorney-client relationship. The final decision on any summons rests with the NYC Department of Finance.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Cards are vaulted directly with Stripe — PRK stores only a customer reference, never your full card number, and you're never charged until a dispute actually wins.
Which AI reads my ticket, and can I use my own?
By default, a vision model transcribes your ticket scan and a reasoning model (Tencent's hy3, via OpenRouter) drafts the argument. You can add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or OpenRouter key in Settings instead — billed to your account and stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.
When is PRK available on iOS?
PRK is launching first on Android via Google Play. An iOS release is planned — check back or watch the Google Play listing for updates.
